Salary AED 5000 to 10, 000 ( Depending on Experience )
Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for all and complete procurement activities for Fit out, construction & FF&E.
Research potential vendors.
Compare and evaluate three offers from suppliers and subcontractors and bid summary must be created with complete details for approval from management.
Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
Maintain track of all orders and ensure timely delivery.
Get original delivery notes and tax-invoices from site/workshop upon delivery and from suppliers upon collection of materials.
Should be capable of managing projects in procuring materials within the given period.
Should have a strong contractor database that covers manufacturers, traders, machinery dealers, and subcontractors
Must evaluate quotations in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project.
Must calculate quantity from BOQ to prepare procurement list.
Sourcing and selection of suppliers/sub-contractors & Implementing standards and grade performance of vendors and quality management in procurement process.
