Executive with minimum 3 to 5 years of sales experience in
Sales experience in Abu Dhabi region is an added advantage.
Job Description:
Pre-Sales :
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Active prospecting through cold calling, networking and social media.
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their needs and concerns
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services.
• Follow up and update with the concerned Departments in each stage of sales cycle.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Post Sales:
• Manage key accounts and ensure cross selling and re-selling
• Act as the point of contact for clients.
• Organize regular client meetings to discuss their service requirements and future needs.
• Arrange and manage to resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner.
• Ensure timely submission of invoices and payment collections.
General Activities:
• Ensure the assigned sales and collection targets are achieved.
• Market analysis (scope for introducing new products).
• Submit Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports with activities, sales and financial data.
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
• Collaborate with hire desk and maintenance teams to achieve better results.
• Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience.
• Competitor analysis on their products, service, innovations, expansion plan and pricing.
• Maintaining quality of sales as per the company standards.
